Health Certificates are required for all Turtle/Tortoise Sales delivered to the following states:
- Connecticut
- Illinois
- Hawaii
- Michigan
- Washington
- Wisconsin
Health Certificates are required for Sulcata and Leopard Tortoises for all states other than:
- Florida
You MUST purchase a Health Certificate in order to complete your purchase. We are not adding a surcharge to the cost of the Health Certificate - we are simply covering our cost. We will submit the required paperwork and obtain the certificate for no additional charge.

Turtle Source did the work and got my health certificate so I could receive my turtles. On a side note this is another government scam by the state of Michigan so they can expand their bureaucracy.
