Product Description
One small clutch (six) of these unusually colored snappers hatched out in July. They are not hypo or albino or leucistic. They are a very light brown/tan with pinkish feet and faint blue around the eyes. Their bellies are even lighter. Pictured with a normal for contrast, these Cinnamon Snappers are the first of their kind ever seen. All are thriving and growing nicely. All look nearly identical to each other. No matter what their genetic mutation might be - it will be very interesting to add their genes to albinos or hypos. These turtles may be the start ofdesigner snappercolor morphs.
Please note that California and Washington state do not allow Snapping Turtles to be kept by individuals - so we can not ship Snapping Turtles to those states without special permits.
