The Maracaibo Wood Turtle, Rhinoclemmys Diademata is the most unique of all the Wood Turtles.
From Colombia and Venezuela, Maracaibo Wood Turtles are small, reaching 5 to 6 inches. Their brilliant head markings are like no other - bright, bold yellows with hints of orange.
They're semi aquatic, loving pellets, worms, occasionally fish and some veggies.
They are extremely personable, get along with everyone & learn to recognize their keepers very quickly.
Very few of these are bred in captivity so get one while you can...
